HOW TO WEIGHT LOSS

1. Weight loss vs. fat loss
You are not just trying to lose "weight" at any cost. It usually involves loss of water and body muscle mass, both are bad! What you really want is to lose excess body fat and reduce the percentage of body fat, while maintaining existing muscle mass.
